EZ-Expense(TM) is an enterprise application that is also marketed to the consumer market. Our product allows mobile professionals to capture expense information as they incur expenses. This reduces the number of non-reported expenses and errors. EZ-Expense(TM) saves valuable time for the mobile professional. The EZ-Expense(TM) software comes with the Pocket PC(TM) application, an ActiveSync(TM) module for syncing to your desktop and a desktop database. The desktop database serves as a hold area for your expense reports. When you have completed a trip you can select 'Report to Excel(TM)'. This will sync your expense information to one of our sample expense reports or to your corporate Excel(TM) expense report.
Our sync to excel is powered by a Visual Basic(TM) macro that includes a digitally signed certificate. This assures your company that it does not contain any malicious viruses. You can customize this macro or you can contact Soft Pocket Solutions(TM) to customize it for a nominal fee.
